the process

1. Initial Consultation

The experience begins with a free consultation where we discuss who will be photographed, the story you want to tell, your preferred locations, and the products you envision preserving long after the session.

2. Booking & Contract

Upon agreement, the session is booked with a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer. The balance is due on or before the session date.

3. Pre-Session Planning Meeting

Approximately two weeks before the session, we'll finalize the details and walk through the location, timing, and logistics. Nothing is left to chance.

4. The Photography Session

Your session includes up to 2 hours of dedicated shooting, full creative direction, posing guidance, and more. The emphasis is entirely on you, the client. This means no rushed transitions, no shared time, and no sacrifices on quality or work.

5. Gallery, Proofs & Delivery

Four to six weeks after your session, your 4.5 × 6 proof prints are delivered, and your private online gallery goes live the same day. From that moment:

• The gallery remains open for six weeks.

• Enjoy 15% off all products during the first fifteen days of publication.

• Receive a $150 credit toward a heirloom leather album.

6. Denouement

The gallery closes six weeks after publication, at which point final orders are placed and preparations for delivery are made.
